EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming showcase. Join us for an elegant showcase filled with live music, live entertainment, strolling fashions, full runway fashion show, passed hor d’ouvres, and top industry professionals like yourself. You will have the opportunity to speak with many brides and event planning families.


Extensive advertisement is done thru Eventbrite and sister companies, Wedding Wire, Facebook, Instagram,

Email Blasts, Postcard distribution, Florida Bride Magazine, Anmar Party Magazine and more.


Details for the exhibitor spaces are as follows:

Table Top Display (Foyer): $200

Table Top Display (In Ballroom): $300

Single Booth Space (10 x 10): $500

Double Booth Space (10 x 20): $800


Your booth includes one rectangular 6’ table, 2 chairs, standard white linen, and tent card sign. Rounds

are available upon request. If booking a single booth space with additional tables you must still remain

within the allotted space. If you require additional space you will need to request a double booth space.


Electricity is available for an additional fee of $50 and on a first come, first serve basis.


In addition to your booth space your company will:

 Be advertised as a participating vendor on our Website, Facebook page, and other social media.

 Be mentioned in the program and throughout the show

 Receive 10 complimentary tickets for your guests

 Receive a complete leads list within 72 hours of the showcase.


All vendor categories are limited to allow you maximum opportunity and allow for a balanced show.

We ask that each vendor provide a raffle prize or giveaway. You will also have the opportunity to place

promotional items in the swag bags at no additional cost.


NOTE: Parking fees are not included if venue is charging.
